Unable to access HC2 from mobile devices because of the 'authorization issue'

Question

Hi all,

 

After rebooting HC2 I'm having difficulties to log into the system from my mobile devices (both iOS and Android). Each time I'm getting message about 'Authorization issue' with an advice to make a synchronization from the browser. Needless to say that the synchronization doesn't help.

 

Please, advise.

I had the same issue, tried the synchronization as you did, with no success. As a last resort I restored back up and that appears to have solved the issue.

Hi @see7tee_ ,

 

I'd like to help, but since in last 9 years using my HC2 I never encountered this problem have no clue what causes it. Do you use new Yubii app or you still use the old Fibaro mobile app?

BTW with my HC2 I still use the old app since Yubi app never worked with my HC2.
