Hi All,

 

I'm Benn from Aus. Having some trouble with my Yubii Home and seeking some answers. Since originally setting it up a few years ago I've changed email and wifi router. I just accepted the scenes not working for a while but now i want to get it rectified but I'm having all sorts of trouble.

 

Have updated my email on Fibaro ID, factory reset the controller, updated the wifi settings and restored a cloud backup file. It is connects to the new router (green LED) but now I cant get into it, I keep getting locked out. When i try to reset the password it says invalid login, I don't have access to the old email address anymore.

The YH network does not show in my networks list anymore. I tried adding the controller to my Fibaro ID account but it says HC added by another user- contact support and they I get directed to this forum.

after factory reset your getway, just go find.fibaro.com, there you must see your gateway..I believe the admin admin should be set back as the default login...If doesnt work, reach out for support...
