Hi,

On tuesday, may the 6th, suddenly no ZigBee connected devices were in reach for my HC3.

These devices are shown as not accessible and thats it.

See pictures below on an IKEA device and a NOUS device, both wall plugs.

I’ve restarted the Home Center but nothing solves the issue.

At the same time all Z-Wave devices works just fine.
Software in HC is version: 5.170.16

Has anyone else noticed this problem?

Please solve this fast - as I know you will.

NICE people you are - Thanx for that.

Good luck and thank you in advance 😀

I have this happen in the past. I found that clicking the add device button > Zigbee > then press the action button on the device usually re adds the device with no issues. Another option if you have a large number of devices not responding is to restore the HC3 with the last file you have before they went off line

in 5.172 beta we got a fix for avoiding the issue.
For now you need to restore the backup with working configuration, very soon 5.180 stable release will be installed and this will help avoiding this in the future.

I’m sorry for taking long time to reply.

    Thanx for your input.

To restore the last functional backup did not get me any ZigBee up and running. It was dead!

After a few months, when I got some time over, I actually had to reset the hole ZigBee part of my HC3 and readd all ZigBee things.

I had 16 wallplugs from NOUS but only 13 got back to functioning. Not even several factory resets made them work. That on the other hand is NOT a fault from Fibaro, it’s just information about that wallplug and what happened in my system.

NOUS seems to be high quality plugs 8/10 but not as good as Fibaro originals. Yours, FIBARO, are a 10 out of 10 product. Thanx!

Any way, I’m running a Beta so… thing are almost impossible to be forseen. Just saying 😜

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
