Problems with HC3 adding device

Hello, it is the first time I participate in this formum so I say hello to everyone.

I am trying to add Fibaro Smart Implant to HC3. But HC3 reject with the message

"Unable to start the adding process". Is there anyone how have an idea of the

reson for this behavior?

that error shows when chip is busy (maybe you got heavy traffic or it is second conroller.

 

Try reboot hub and look if problem is still there, if it please contact with [email protected] - it is our support witch can connect to your hub when you will turn remote support access to check reason

    I rebooted the system and everything works as norman. However, HC3 will not add the Smart Implant.

    Could this depend on error in the Smartlink? Maybe I have to run Z-Wave sniffer to find out what is 

    happening.

    Hello, i had this Problem before too after Adding Error.

    You should try to Reset your Smart Implant to factory Settings before trying again.
