Are they using their own user accounts? And is the Yubii app on their phones connected to the same HC3 as yours.

    Geolocation only works if:

    • each phone is logged into its own HC3 user (not the same user on multiple phones)

    • the Yubii app is connected to the same HC3 system

    • the HC3 has created a separate Mobile Device entry for each user/phone

If any of these are missing, the location updates won’t show up.

Yes, they have their own accounts and are connected to the same HC3:

I have checked all possible settings on their phones and compared to mine, which is working but not traces of them when using geolocation..

If all the settings on their phones are exactly the same as on our phone the geofence should work.

How you test if it wors? I mean do you use LUA scene, Block scene?

I found the problem on one of their phones, it was some sort of battery handling issue.

I set it to unrestricted (or similar) and then it started working also but it should have triggered a push message when he was returned home again which i didnt see (Or might have missed).

I use a scene that triggers on their IDs and "leave" and/or "enter".
