QA for swimming pool measuring PH, ORP, salinity and temperature

Question

Posted

I would like to share my project measuring the value of a swimming pool measuring PH, ORP, salinity and temperature. I bought from aliexpress 8-in-1 Water Quality Sensor - PH/EC/TDS/Temp/ORP/Salinity/Specific Gravity Tester with RS485 Output and Serial Module RS485 To WiFi Converter IoT USR-DR164 Support Modbus RTU to Modbus TCP.

I set everything up according to the manuals and created a QA for reading modbus data. Everything works perfectly.

If somebody to want send me message i can you send QA.

This is cool. Can you use the measurements to advise the dosage of required chemical? Maybe even automate delivery?

For the connection to the HC3, it seems that you are not using the ZigBee version: is there a good reason for that?

Could you give us more details about the full connectivity from the tester to the HC3 via the USR-DR164 module?
