Feedback Issue

I have a Smart Home system running on a Fibaro Home Center 3. Previously, I was using a Zipatile 2 as my controller, but due to various issues, I migrated to the Fibaro Home Center 3. In this setup, I am using Fibaro FGR-223 modules for the roller shutters, MCO Home MH7 for the thermostats, Fibaro FGS-223 and some Philio PAN04 modules for the lights.
My main issue is with the Philio PAN04 modules. When I turn the lights on or off using the physical wall switch, the status does not update in the app (there is no feedback). However, if I toggle them directly from the app, it works perfectly. Before switching to the Fibaro HC3, I removed all devices from the Zipatile controller by performing a 'Delete Device' (exclusion) and then added them all back to the HC3.Additionally, one of the Philio modules automatically changed its configuration from a 'Toggle Switch' to a 'Momentary Switch,' and now it won't allow me to change its parameters back. I tried modifying the 'Target Device' under the associations settings, but the system is blocking me from making changes. My Fibaro Home Center 3 is running the latest firmware version 5.210.12, and the Philio PAN04 modules are on version 1.13.
I hope you help me solve this issue.
