Hello everyone, I 've just manage to complete my Windows Universal App ready to install Cortana Voice Commands for Fibaro. This version support light control for your Fibaro HCL/HC2. Feel free to contribute or ask for further voice command support... Solution component can be found here: Voice Commands and here the working Release 1.0.16.
