I am confused how to make this work having only previously relied on the HC2 to perform actions. Having acquired a TKB double switch I believe the right hand paddle (which does not show up as a separate device in HC2) can operate devices associated with Group 2. However trying to link the device I want to operate (Fibaro relay) is the issue, as if go to advanced in the device under group 2 it wants me to select a device on the right to associate it with. I just want itself to be linked to group 2. What point am I not understanding here?? Thanks!
Hi, I have a good many of the TKB zwave wall switches and they have performed better than I expected. I noticed they have a zwave plus range and was wondering if anybody has experience with them Thanks
Hi all... I have a HC2 with multiple Fibaro modules. I have added a TKB TZ55D switch to control the outside lights. This is a switch with 2 paddles where 1 is wired to control one circuit where as the second is setup to allow controlling of another module. I for the life of me cannot get the second paddle to switch other lights on which are setup with Fibaro relay. Has anyone successfully installed these??
One of my TKB switches seems to be turning on and off ok but has suddenly lost any power reporting in HC2. On the device icon the "actual" remains at zero and the "total" has gone completely. Any ideas how I might get this back without going through another exclude/include process.
Since upgrade to 4.130 I have noticed my TKB 1.0 metering switch has added three new devices with a previously unseen icon (see attachment). These appear to be reporting Voltage, Amps & Power Factor which I am thinking must be related to calculating the consumption is Watts which seems to work ok. However these readings never change in the HC2. Does anyone know if these are what I think they are and how do I make them report real values?
I am using the double dimmers and switches of TKB, eg. the double switch dimmer TZ65D. The link to manual of this switch : https://www.intellihome.be/en/amfilerating/file/download/file_id/1230/ I used to have the dimmer or on/off devices attached to my table lamp, I made an associations to the second button of the wall switch and I could operate my table lamp from the second wall switch. That is clear and simple. I started to experiment with HUE lights. I placed an excellent VD of @Sankotronic : The control of my HUE light works great from the VD as well as from the HUA app on the phone. The question is how to associate/link the second button of the wall TKB switch to control the VD of the HUE light ? I tried to look for this but I could not find any hint.
I purchased three TKB home power switches with power monitoring - none of them work with my HC2. When adding them I was told to send a zip containing the template to a specific email address, am I ever likely to receive a response? I know this isn't a problem with TKB as I have the standard power switches (without monitoring) and they work perfectly. It seems a bit redundant this... Can anyone help with just getting the thing working? My requirements are pretty simple - turn off and on and tell me how much power's being used. Can anyone help at all? Just for completeness I've attached the file I was told to email to "[email protected]". id-0118-0001-0001-01-00-TKB Home-.zip
HI, Has anybody successfully got the three group 3 association with the HC2 ? It is meant to to be activated by double tapping the right switch I did notice that when I set the association for group 2 it also gets applied to group 3 but doesn't work as expected. Thanks -F
I have installed a TKB Dimmer Socket to control a table lamp in my hall connected to Fibaro motion detector. The scene sets the lamp at 80% initially and when no motion is detected for a set time it reduces it to 25% and turns it back up when motion is detected etc. I know there is no template for this device and may be that is my problem. I have requested one from Fibaro. However the issue is the bulb flickers for a while when it first comes on, it has a dimmable LED bulb in it. After about 20 minutes it settles down. Anyone else experiences this or have a cure for it ? Thanks Andy
Hi, I'm having real problems getting a dimmer 2 to control a Tkb dimmer socket from s2. Has anyone been able to get this to work? I've tried all the groups. Hc2 only allows me to set it into multi channel from a dimmer 2, but on a dimmer 1 it allows for single channel. I have them working perfectly from a dimmer 1. Also does anyone have a template for them? Hc2 keeps telling me I need one. Thanks! Tom
Hi there I have the TKB TZ88E power socket and having reconfigured this on HC2 4.042, it has appeared with 4 devices. In ver 3, it was just one device. Since the split into 4, I get the switch control on the first device and the power reading on the second. What is the reading in the middle of the second device.. is it the current power input?? I would assume it is.. it does keep fluctuating around 240.
