Factory Reset not working?

After al lot of problems I tried to reset the HC2 to factory Defaults.

But its not working?

1. goto configuration

2. click factory defaults

3. fill in current password

4. click ok

And then??? Nothing happens..!! I gave it a restart myself but old settings stil remain, admin password is not reset, lan settings are not reset.. All remains the same.!!

Could someone please tell me how to do it the correct way?

Factory Default is just not working. I've reconned every device I have today (Again) now it seem to work bud factory default is not doing anything.

Zwave reset works btw

don't forget that some of batery operated devices should be a wake after its added to HC again to let configuration be fully finished.

one more thing, what is your HC number?

No problem.

If your talking about the EZ3in1 Batterys are fresh out of the pakkage, I think that issue is gone now.!?? THINK.!

I want to stay on topic but after upgrade from 1.019 a had to reconnect all my devices because the most of them change in type, like a DUWI on/of siwtch changed to a temp. sensor. and things like that.
