Fibaro 221 association on SW2 doesn't work ocassionally

I have Fibaro 2x1.5W relay to connect two individual loads. For the second switch: SW2, I set the association with other applicance Module such as HomePro and Everspring Dimmer or applicance module to switch ON/OFF altogether. Initally, it works perfectly. After I run in a while says, 1 day later, I found this relay can't suddently report back the change status to VeraLite immediately. Aside from that, the most annoying is it can't switch ON/OFF of its associated devices on SW2. Sometime works, sometime doestn't work then. How can I resolve it? Power OFF then ON again the mainline, it seems to become normal. It only happens on 2x1.5KW relay. I tried to use SW2 of its Dimmer to assosciate other applicance module and so far work normally. Is it a known issue? Any better workaround?

Can You switch these non working associated devices from normal switches (like light switch on Your wall)? How many modules do You have in Your system?

    Actually, I tried two cases. One case is in my toilet, my double switch (S2) which is to direct control ceiling toilet light originally) asscicated to its toilet fan only (using 3KW relay, link to its root device) inside the toilet. Another case is in my baby bed room. This double switch in SW2 linking to Ceiling lamp directly associated to 1 x HomePro applicance module and 1 x Everspring Appliance Module within the same room. Both cases have the same problem osccationally that this S2 switch can't successfully switch ON/OFF togehter with its SW2 control. The solution is I go to mainline box to turn OFF its mainpower then ON (I don't know if it is reset its double switch or not). One more information, once this problem happens, I go into MIOS to check double switch status, it didn't report its status. Normally, once switch ON/OF in switch wall, it will directly report back its status in MIOS. When the problem happens, it doesn't do it. Is it related to my problem? Any clue? Seems Dimmer has seen this problem. I have Dimmer SW2 to control another Dimmer or Applicance Module. So far so good. I have no time to test it on double switch SW1 to control its association on other devices, will it have difference?

    Ah, when the problem happens, I can succesfully switch this associated device on/off from MIOS. That's why I suspect the problem should relate to your double 2 x 1.5KW switch only.

    Krystian, did you reprod the problem? This issue happens evey few days for my case that is very anonying. I need to turn off then on the main power in order to get it around. I have two 2x1.5KW relays setup that can reprod the problem consistently.

    Can You tell me more information about Your system? What module version do You have? 1.4 or 1.6? How many devices is in Your network?

    I am using Vera Lite UI5 with latest version: 1.5.346 and installed 25 devices where 6 Fibaro switches.

    Ok, but I mean what version of Fibaro switches?

    How do I know which version? the box shows only the date, the product shows only the serial number ... are both present in the manual

    Dear manfaiho,

    I have no time to test it on double switch SW1 to control its association on other devices, will it have difference?

    Right now there is no possibility to asociate S2 button in Relay Switch (it is not support by Z-WAVE controllers yet), it will be possibile in future. Try to do it on S1.

    If You want to dimmer comunicate faster with asociated devices modificate parameter 7 of Dimmer module

    I had changed to use S1 for the association and tested over 2 months. Yes, it is improved but not resolved. Using S2 for assoication, the issue happens every 3-4 days that can be resolved by Power OFF and ON the main power. Now using S1 for association, the issue happens every 1-2 weeks. I think it is a bug in F221. I never have this problem for S2 association on Dimmer switch.

    Krystian, how about the status so far? THe problem is no dffernece between S1 and S2 association.

    Krystian, I did more tests recently and found the problem only happens on the condition of the load and association under the same switch S1 or S2. For example, I have a load on S2 (using 2 x 1.5KW switch) and configured the association for other device on S2 together. This problem can be triggered. Same for S1 on this case. If we used 1x3KW or Dimmer, I put the load on S1 and asscoication on S1 as well. This also triggers the problem. But if I put the load on S1 and configure the assocation on S2 on Dimmer or 3KW switch, the problem will NOT happen. Seems the problem is from the same switch S1 or S2 for putting the load connected and configuring the association together.
