Associate FGS221 sw2 to FGD211 group 2.

Question

Hi.

I want to associate switch 2 on a FGS221 to key no 2 (group 2) on a FGD211.

Unfortunately my master (Homeseer) is not able to do it. FGS221 switch 2 is not in the associate list. So I have to do it with the two Fibaro devices. But I can not find anything about it in the manuals. The manuals just tell how to do it with Home Center controller.

Can anyone point me to a guide, or tell me how to make the association?

Regards

Morten

Dear Sir!

I see that You did not get Your answer so I will answer now. Probably You should ass Homeseer about it, our devices shuould be associate as multi-channel device. I heard that homeceer published some update and theye are less compatibile with our multichannel devices. Please ask Homeseer.

Regards!

    Hi.

I know, I will not get this function i Homeseer for a while. Might be in HS3.

What I am looking for, is a way to do it with Z-Wave around Homeseer. I do that with a lot of different devices without any problem.

But I need a good manual. The information isn't in the manuals on your website.

There must be a way for a Fibaro device to associate another Fibaro device without a master? Otherwise it will be the first Z-Wave devices, I have meet without the ability to associate other Z-Wave devices.

    Regards

    Morten
