bugg if restore backup another version

HI.

I upgrade two weeks ago my FIBARO HC2 from 1.04 to 1.025 and the day before in 1.026. So my web interface will be in French language.

But after some tests, (Zwave associations) the "FIBARO server doesn't answer"!!!

So I have restore a data backup, but this backup is in 1.024, and the HC2 autorize this.

And since, the web interface (in French) indicate 1.024, but the Upgrade LED on the box is blinking. So i think, i am always in 1.026

But now i have no message for upgrade in 1.027, or else and can't upgrade HC2.

What can i do?

In last, Factory reset? What is the password, the same that the web interface? But i am obliged to configure all Zwave module again.

Another solution?

Hi,

I think that Fibaro should review their DR solution.

- Allow multiple DR release on the USB DR key solution in place to have only the old 1.018

- should add the DR feature into the Fibaro interface and like you can click on Upgrade, should be able to do Recover and select a DR release.

- then show the backup release status and check if the restore could be done on compatible release

Completely all right, the DR solution is too basic.

While waiting for, do you confirm that there is no solution except a recovery with the reset factory?
