Hi all.

I have some trouble with the roller shutter and the 2x1,5 Relay associated with my Home center 2.

The association went good but the device after some times are showed as dead node?

Why?

Why only with Fibaro module and have no problem with non fibaro module?

I Have a second problem/ request. It's possible to see the IP camera in the home page? i see it only when i press on the device.

Thank you.

Right now there is no such possibility, maybe we will change it in future.

What is module version? How many modules is in the network?

Here's some news. I've moved the HC2 in an another room, now the 2 FGS221 are always ok but the FGR221 it's always with a grey X on his (death node)

There is a way to recalibrate the z-wave network?

I have some not too far sensor that don't talk correctly with the HC2. but the association of new devices is work fine always.

To calibrate Z-WAVE network You need to power off all the Fibaro modules (from circuit breaker for example), when You will re-power it again, they will recalibarate their routhing table.

I have some not too far sensor that don't talk correctly with the HC2

Please remember that most of battery devices does not providing routing mechanism, so it should be added to Home Center from target localizations.

I Try to unsupply all fibaro devices and for 2 hours they'll work. but after that they appear as dead node!

this is annoying because i set the HC2 to open my roller every morning but this work only few times.

    Dear Krystian,

There is a way to increase signal (in reception/sending) of HC2, for example changing the antenna or setting some parameters?

It could be useful for user who lives in old structures, with walls too thick.

In some cases is possible to put HC2 in the center of the home, but not always, because it needs to be plugged to the router by cable.

I'm thinking that changing the antenna with new one (for example amplified) could resolve problems of signal reception.

    Did you tryed this way?

    Bye

    Dear domoticawireles,

Changing antenna for bigger one will not resolve the problem, becuse communication in fibaro system is double-way. If You will install bigger antenna in HC2 it maybe have bigger way, but there is also antenna in our modules, and they will have still the same power, so in final resault it will not change anything

Krystian is out there an external extender for the zwave network? in theory each device repeat the signal itself but in pratical there are some problem if you live in a house with 2 o 3 floor (I have 4 floor).

I installed HC2 in a convent ... deep walls and long distances without problems radio range using only modules Fibaro ... But no one could automate the awakening of the dead by creating nodes within the software HC2 of a proper function?

Antamaga this doesn't solve the problem, in fact the dead node when is awaked doesn't work every time.
