Scene with Danfoss thermostats

Guest domoticawireles

Question

Guest domoticawireles

I want to make a scene like this:

When all the Danfoss thermostats reach the set point temperature, HC2 turn off the boiler. Then, when one of them (danfoss) return to work, HC2 turn on the boiler.

Is it possibile?

There's a way to know if the Danfoss reach the set point temperature? For example like a sensor "breached" or "safe".

I see that Danfoss have a complete system (danfoss Link CC) for heating control, and it seems that there is a relay for boiler control.

I think it could be pretty idea to improve it into HC2, it's a functionality requested by some user who live in own home.

I'm no heating specialist, but if all your Danfoss stats reach their temperature and shut off the radiators individually will the boiler not detect there is no flow and shut itself on to standby until needed again anyway?

I'm also hoping to do a similar scene when I get everything working.

WHat boiler actuator are you using to turn heating on/off ? I've got the Horstmann ASR2-ZW which appears to be not yet supported by HC2.

Right now there is no such possibility, but probably You will be able to create such scene in our new api. (released in few weeks)
