Why pressing the software button Reset Z-Wave, all my devices are always listed and working?

Dear Sir!

Do You working in local acces? When You press Restart Z-WAVE button, system should show another window with authorization. Maybe You're working in remote acces via home.fibaro.com? Do You have latest software version?

    Yes, i'm in local access and yes the system prompt me the authorization screen.

    I'll put the HC2 in recovery mode. but after that i have always the device in my HC2.

    In recovery mode You will not delete Your devices. Recovery mode restore system with factory settings but with all devices.

    Only "Reset Z-WAVE" button can remove all devices. Is it still problem to remove it from "reset z-wave" button? Maybe our support team should check Your system remotely?

    Finally i have resetted the HC2 but now with the 1.031 firmware i cannot add new devices, especially the 3-1 sensor
