I just started an installation and a HC2 module appears frequently in the status "dead node". To reactivate I click on "Wake up dead node" and and then the module is working correctly.

What does the status "dead node" ?

Why the HC2 module is in the status "dead node" ?

How to solve the problem automatically? automatically wake up dead node ?

What does the status "dead node" ?

It means that hc2 lost comunication with this module

Why the HC2 module is in the status "dead node" ?

There can be few causes - dead node will show when module will be unplugged from power, also when home center will lost signal from it (because range issues), also device can be shown as dead node because of noises in power line.

How to solve the problem automatically? automatically wake up dead node ?

Home Center 2 should automatically wake up dead nodes, but it can takes even over a dozen hours.

Please tell me what versions of the device do You have?

we are in an isolated house in the countryside.

no electricity interruption

it can takes even over a dozen hours

12h!? It's too long. Why 12h and not less?

When I click on wake up dead node, the module works again immediately.

the problem is random.

the status "dead node" and "wake up dead node" does not appear in the logs -> feature request ?

I just added 8 modules FGR221 and since then I've no problem

So it was probably a signal problem.
