FGD211 Dimmer appears in HC2 but doesn't switch on my light

I've got my dimmer module finally added to my z-wave network and visible in HC2. However clicking on/off buttons dont turn on my light.... there's only 2 wires (and a bridge wire) involved as per your "single switch" diagram in the manual.

I've not connected a physical switch up to Sx S1 yet - assume i don't need to if its all to be controlled form HC2.

What could possible be wrong ? So close....

I've since attached a bistable switch to Sx and S1 on the DImmer module. Flicking the switch on and off soft fades on and then off the lights fine. That's great.

Now why wont HC2 actually turn them on and off....?

I'm using HC2 Beta 2.138 if that helps.

Another observation I made was that when the manual switch is turned on (and the lights come on) HC2 doesn't reflect this change in state on the UI -- even after reloading the browser page. Is HC2 able to know the status change of the FGD211 ?

It is strange situation - if you connected everything properly it should work fine

Please login or register to see this link.

You can also check it on old version of Api (stable version of interface) for ex. 1.036, please perform:

    1) Recovery mode

    2) Restore system from recovery mode

    3) System update to 1.036

    4) Backup (only if you have backups from 1.0xx versions)

    5) Update again (if backup was older)

Then check if its working again.

Also please check you connections again. If it will now work also after recovery mode on 1.036ver. please check another dimmer module.
