2x1.5kw fibaro switch will not show up in the de device list

So I installed 2 extra fibaro switches (FGS221) and only one showed up in devices.

I was trying to get them recognized both at the same time. (I'm assuming this is what caused the issue)

So, one is working just fine but the other does not show up, it does however show in the History panel when I activate it's switches:

i've tried resetting the device -> turn on and within five seconds activate switch 1 and hold switch 2 (not sure how long to hold it? It clicks 2 times)

Tried removing from the HC2.

Tried "Reset Z-wave"

To activate them I tried both button B and 3 times S1 (not at the same time).

Nothing works, what am I doing wrong?

Similar problem :

Home center in 2, I have a virtual module with 3 buttons. ON, Eco, OFF.

I Fibaro relay module 2 * 1.5KW FGS 211

I would like when I press the button on the virtual module past the ON relay 1 of the FGS 211 ON and OFF the relay 2.

If I press the bonton OFF, the relay 1 of the FGS 211 turns ON and the relay 2 is turned ON.

Etc ...

In the scenarios I have not entered in the possibility to specify a virtual module

I wish to do something like:

Module_Virtuel == ON

then

Relay 1 FGS 211 = ON

and

Relay 2 FGS 211 = OFF

I'm sorry but I don't believe this is related.

My module does not show up in the device list so it has nothing to do with configuring 2 relays with 1 switch.

I have the same problem. Cannot find the device and also cannot reset it. Don´t know for how long to hold and I hear two clicks too.

Would be better and smarter to have a simpler way to reset by just holding B (inside the module) for let's say 10 seconds? As is in many other products?

I will try to replace the unit. I think it might have something to do with the unit working as bi-stable and the reset procedure that is crappy and cannot to reset it.
