FGR 221 pairing problem - pls Help

Hello,

I have bought some Fibaro FGR 221 and would like to bind them to an USB Z-Wave stick: AEON LABS Z-STick Series 2.

I alrady binded a power socket from Everspring to the USB Stick. Everything works perfekt with these kind of hardware.

But I have some problems connecting the fibaro FGR 221 to the Stick.

I Installed everything correclty

S1 --> Swich Up

S2 --> Swithc Down

O1 --> Motor Cable Up

O2 --> Motor Cable Down

N --> Neutral

L --> L

The blind is in position up.

I activated the fuse and went to the fgr 221. USB Stick is in binding mode.

Then i Pushed button B.

Nothing happend.

If i press the up button / down button the blinds work correctly.

Can you help?

I've same problem. With FGR 221 and other devices from fibaro (FGD211,FGS221) ... I was trying triple click "B" button as well as switch button connected to "S1" socket, and nothing is happening... I'm also using z-stick series 2 from aeon labs. It's really strange, because other devices (danfoss living connect, aeon labs smart energy illuminator, everspring motion sensor) are working perfectly. I'm also waiting for more info from Fibaro's support...

Hello, i figured it out - thanks to a member of a german forum:

It works this way:

Connect the moudles to L and N only.

Go into pairing mode of the stick.

Now press Button (B) THREE TIMES shortly (1 Second).

In the Manual it is written down "press button B".

Would be great if fibaro updates the manuals!

In my case needed to restart fibaro relays by holding for 3sec button "B" after fuse activation. And now everything is working perfectly
