Floating/Random timer function

Is there a way to configure a random timer? I want to turn on and off my lights at random times but still "around" a certain time.

Like turn on at around 19:00 means that the lights vill turn on randomly between 18:45 - 19:15 to make it look like someone actually is at home.

I've always aspired to a piece of functionality whereby the system would record a set of events, eg lights being switched on/off, and that you could then replay that recording. That way, you could replay the last weeks worth of recording (filter by light switches only) whilst you went away for a week. I think that would 'appear' random.

Even if a light randomly came on and randomly went off, I'd want all the intervening randomness going on as well.

 where you on the App can hit "away" and the the light automatic mimicking your lighting patterns in a natural and believable manner. 

And if some one knock on your door or ring your doorbell, then the light will automatic turn on in bed room, and hall.

I made a routine for random timers before I created the advanced presence sim. It works with a function:

You can put in the current time and the max time before and after that time. For example:

So if you want to generate a random time that sits between 15 minutes before and 5 minutes after sunset use:

The evening variable now gets the random time, like 21:06
