Remote access problem

Hi I would like to know if someone can help me.

When I connect to the HC2 in my local network everything works fine in my iPhone app. The only noticeable thing is that the temperature and the humidity in the top right corner does not show, it shows instead the word "Temperature..." and "humidity...". The wind speed does show the value as it should (Just to clarify, I´m using the app in Portuguese).

The problem happens when I switch the remote access ON. My app finds my HC2 and even show my HC2 serial number below the remote switch. Going back to the main menu, I can see my location in the top left and the temperature, humidity and wind just like when I'm in my local network. The problem is when I select a menu like, scenes, or lights, or division. It shows all empty screens, no devices or rooms. I can't command a thing. I did all the setup in home.fibaro.com according to the instructions in the forum and I even checked the DNS in HC2.

Trying to control using the interface at home.fibaro.com it happens the same, it shows empty screens. It does not show my devices.

I can only remote access my system by typing my router IP in a browser. This way I can see the screen I use to setup the system and from there I can command my switches and dimmers. My HC2 is setup in a DMZ zone in my router so I would't have any problems with my firewall.

Observation: my router is connected to the internet by 3G HSPA+. (B683 huawei) My external IP changes with high frequency. At least one time every 4 hours.

I would appreciate if someone could help me.

My app has the last update (12-9-2012) and my HC2 too.

by the long temperature text it seems that you have oled app. do you have the v1.4 from app store?

How do I check the version of my app? I always upgrade when it come a new release.

I've just looked through the entire app, and at the Settings page, and there are no explicit Version numbers anywhere. Have enclosed a screen shot of my app, which is the latest, just in case you can see any differences that might indicate you're on the old one.

in oled version ther was a bug showing Temperature..." and "humidity as ong text

in new app they changed it so it displays Temp.

what kind do you have?

also didi you make changes in iphone settings->fibaro ?

Thank for the help. It might be that I have the app in portuguese and they didn´t correct this problem in the translated version. Also there are some Portuguese mistakes like configuraçao should be configuração, with a tilde on top of the last "a". Same to "iluminação", "climatização", "divisões" and "ligação".

Yes I have done all the changes in the settings->fibaro to be able to remote access the system. I really wanted it to work remote direct trough the app.
