Hi guys,

Can someone help me and tell me if it is possible to set up different parameters for S1 and S2.

For example I want to set the first switch of my dimmer to mono-stable so I can dim the lights connected to the dimmer and the virtual switch "S2" in the same module to be bi-stable, to turn on and off another relay by association. The whole house have bi-stable switches for relays and mono-stable switches for dimmers and I wounder if I can use the S2 connection of the dimmer to control in parallel another relay using a bi-stable button. Mono-stable S1 and bi-stable S2.

Is it possible?

Hi!

I am not sure if I understand you correctly, but you do not need to set diferent parameters - no mater if you have bi or mono-stable switch connected to asociated relay. Just associate Group II (of S2 dimmer) with Group I or relay - if you have mono stable switch connected to dimmers S2 it will work fine with asociated switch (even if it is controlled from bi-stable switch)

    Hi Krystian.

I have a bistable switch connected to the dimmer S2 and a monostable switch connected do the S1 of the same dimmer. I already did the association of group II (of S2 dimmer) with Group I of the relay. The problem is that using a bistable switch connected to the dimmer S2 it work funny, because you have to simulate a monostable switch with it. I don't want to install two mono-stable switches in the dimmer S1 and S2, because the whole house has bistable for on off and monostable for dimmers. I want to keep a standard. My grandma has a lot of problems commanding monostable switches (her hand shakes a bit

    Is it possible?

I to have wondered about this and it seems to NOT work the way we would like to. The parameter No 14 seems to set BOTH of the channels to Mono/bistable.

So Fibaro, it would be great to be able to set the mono/bistable parameter 14 independently on each the S1 and S2.
