ST812 Flood Detector Everspring and iPhone APP

Question

Posted

ST812 Flood Detector included into HC2 and working without problem.

My problem is that I can´t see it into the iphone APP. I've been searching through the whole categories, but it is not there. But if I log in using the HTTP access, I can see the device without problems.

I've been looking for any restriction in notification panel, but the device is included into the user's rights to manage it.

Any idea?

Thanks!

I understand why you would want to see the device for monitoring purposes but wouldn't a simple notification setting achieve what you want? I guess the thinking would be based along the lines of having too many devices in the interface that would waste space.

Do you really need to keep checking the flood detector in the iPhone interface to see if there is a flood? Or would you rather just get a notification when it detects water?

Both of them... The notification push works without problems. But I'd like to know if the sensor is not "dead" because of the distance to HC2. So just to check in the same way as door sensor.

Ok, I just include a ST812 and I've the same problem with the Beta...

I had to add a scene and the push works very well, but I would also like to see it on the iPhone Apps.....

Is it really done this way by default ???
