Doorbell with Fibaro Universal Sensor

In the interest of sharing, here's a working setup (see attached image - the doorbell I'm using, Grothe Croma 230a, is available online from Conrad in Germany).

(BTW the transformer I'm using is switchable between 3V to 12V DC. At maximum voltage, 12V DC, the maximum current is 300mA. This seems to be inadequate, as the sensor has sent push messages without anyone pressing the doorbell's pushbutton. After having switched down to 9V DC, which implies a maximum current of 400mA, the system is working fine.)
