Update error 1.040

Hi guys,

I'm getting an update error #6.

So resetted the box using recovery procedure and went back to 1.009.

Update still failed

Did a factory default, also failed with same error.

Did a restore of my latest backup using 1.0.37 and every thing works again.

What I see when I do a restore of my backup, i see the downloading update led lighting up as it should work when updating an unit.

When I try updating to 1.040, I don't see the downloading led lighting up.

There's something wrong with the firmware out there I guess. Any help from Fibaro would be useful.

Try DNS 8.8.8.8

update error #6 mean that checksum is incorrect, try download update again
