Feature request: Automatic selection of remote access

Hi,

It's a pain to have to select "remote access" every time you want to connect to the HC2 outside of the home LAN.

Most other iPhone home automation apps handle this automatically - rather than forcing the user to manually turn remote access on and on (not very girlfriend / wife friendly!).

Could the iPhone app automatically detected whether the HC2 is on the local LAN and select local / remote mode automatically?

Should be fairly simple to implement...

Essentially the "Find Home Centre" button on the current iphone app can identify whether there is HC2 on the local LAN (presumably by sending out a UDP packet and waiting for a response). If it doesn't receive a response back then the App could automatically select the Remote Access mode.

Any thoughts on this Fibaro?

Nice feature, but keep one thing in mind!

When someone has youre phone in hands, he is able to turn off youre security system, unlock youre doors, view youre camera's etc. because of the lack of password security on the Fibaro app.

But OK, for some people its a nice feauture, so if there is an option to unlock the password in the settings menu would be great.

I think the two issues are quite distinct - i.e.

1) Ability for the iPhone app to automatically switch to "remote" mode when it can't find an HC2 on the local LAN, or it's connected via cellular

2) Ability to have a passcode lock on the iPhone app
