Fibaro dimmer, 12V halogen

Hi!

I am looking for advice on which electronic transformer to use in conjunction with a fibaro dimmer and 12v halogen lights. I just had my electrician hook up the dimmer to the existing setup, with the transformer below. This does not work.

Advice on a specific electronic tranformer would be appreciated. I need to hook up seven 20W halogen downlights in parallel to the transformer.
