Enable/disable alarm by passcode?

Is there a z-wave enabled passcode device available on the market which works with the HC2?

I want to enable the alarm on the Fibaro when I leave my home.

I don't want to use the iphone-app, because it just takes to long... I want to push a simple enable button for the alarm, and for disabling I want to use a passcode.

Who knows a solution for this?

Build the alarm relay into a leaving home scene... At least you have the passcode on your iPhone as security or the login for your HC2?

The reason the app takes so long (if 6 seconds is too long) is for security.

It might take slightly less time (maybe 4 seconds) to select a scene but the overall features (turn off lights, kill power to non essential devices etc) may give you a bigger saving in time across the whole process

I bought a transponder unit (

) connected to the input of a 2x1,5kW relay switch. With a transponder key ring attached to my keys I enable and disable the alarm sytem.

Same can be done with a passcode unit (also available at conrad).

I think it would be quite good to hook the transponder up to a Fibaro Universal Sensor if you wanted to act on the event rather than switching on something electrical. You could also put the Universal Sensor in the same box and power it from the same power source (12V). It's a neat idea marrying the transponder with HC2 ...

Indeed you can use a Fibaro Universal sensor for detecting enabling/disabling the alarm system. However, I also connected a buzzer to the output of the 2x1,5 kW relay switch to warn me if the alarm is enabled. When I'm entering my house, a motion sensor is breached and the buzzer sounds. If the alarm system is not disabled within 20 seconds, the alarm bell sounds (for which I use my non z-wave Alecto smoke detectors).
