Hi!

Im new to Fibaro HC2 and have not bought one yet but hope a few questions would help me to decide.

Are there any list of hardware products that HC2 supports?

Connecting IP Cameras, would it be possible to store the Videos (Upon motion)? Cloud service? Dropcam, dropbox etc?

Are there any door-locks supported? Poly-lock?

Control of TV Equipment (Samsung) and Coffee machines (JURA) are that possible to control?

I have also read a lot of lack in support, software bugs etc. are they common or exceptional cases?

Thanks!

Control of TV Equipment (Samsung) and Coffee machines (JURA) are that possible to control? <-- Not currently. The universal sensor maybe able to control the coffee machine with some work, but not likely to be easy.

Some of these maybe about to be addressed by the next major software release, but I'll leave that to Fibaro to confirm

Device support .... if it's a Fibaro ZWave device then the answer is yes. If it's any other manufacturer the answer may range from yes, partially, or not at all. If you're contemplaing any specific device, I would ask in the forums for feedback from the community.

Controlling TVs (Samsung) ? If it will respond to TCP/IP requests, then quite possibly, using Virtual Devices, whereby you formulate a HTTP packet. This allow you to construct simple packets, but it is send only and no receive (processing returned packets)

Coffee Makers? Take a look at this interesting project

Just to add to Jonny's post, the Universal Sensor is good if you want to read the state of something (ie, has it finished percolating), but you will need a relay module if you want to issue commands/control.

Think you'll have to make your own judgement by reading the forums. Unfortunately, you probably need to read the Polish forums as well, and you'll need to read the Polish documentation so get familar with Google Translate

Feel free to ask about specifc device though, and search the forums also.
