Unable to see users under Family heading on home page

Question

I have added a new user account (non admin) who has an iphone with notifications enabled for the Fibaro app on the 3GS.

The user is not receiving notications and is not showing under the 'Family' heading on the home page.

Is there anything else I need to do?

I am also looking to track the user via GPS.

I assume you have selected a frequency at which the HC2 will track the user?

Also that user must log in to the application on that specific device initially so that the HC2 will recognise that device. If you are logged in as the "Super User" you will see a list of iOS devices which you can select to receive Push Notifications. The device will only appear on this list once that user has logged in to the application on that device

You need to be logged in as the Super User to see this list and select the devices in the Access Control Panel

Thanks for that, I didnt know the bit about needing "Super User" access to enable that for a device. Notifications are now working.
