new update 1.044 for upgrade V3

Upgrade to Beta software cannot be reversed by standard software upgrade procedure. The only way to come back to official software is to use Recovery Mode, then use backup and upgrade to official software version. It is highly recommended to create backup file before attempting to install Beta software.

After update to Beta software all devices will be automatically reconfigured to work with new system architecture. Reconfiguration progress will be shown in pop-up window.

WARNING! After that update all scenes and users will be deleted. Admin password will be reset.

If this update lasts longer than 10 minutes, please go to main HC2 address (e.g. 192.168.0.1).

If "System temporarily unavailable" text will appear during update, please wait - you will be redirected to the main page when all services start.

System accepts only 128x128px icons. Are your icons that size?

No they are 600 x 600, by the previous Firmware I could use this icon-size. I am going to make them smaller and test them again.

Well there are strange icons, wrong translations but no problems here.

Except the Everspring SP814-1 still not working.

About languages - in general - at login page you can change the language temporarily. To change the language permanently use flags in configuration section.

The notifications in scenes is very good.. Especially as it can be sent to a specific user..

I'm getting a Satel alarm next week!

GPS is now tracking in my local time which is great. Very happy so far.. I expect a few bugs as everyones use is different.. but its all good so far

Helios door station will have own canfiguration tab in "panels" and will detect adn preconfigure automaticly after seting ip adres.

I think we can answer that after weekend. We're working on some new features but first we will be focused on fixing bugs reported here.

As a potential customer in the market for a new Z-wave system (currently narrowed down to HC2 and Zipabox), I must say I'm rather surprised that there are so many complaints and so few people who seem satisfied on this board. If that would really be the case, then how come it's very hard to source a used one on ebay?

Sure there must be things that need to be improved, but from my perspective Fibaro does a good job in designing their own products (that are still open to other controllers) to ensure 100% compatibility with their own system.

I'm sure constructive feedback to the developers will get the community as a whole a lot further than just bashing Fibaro all the time. Just shouting "It's still not working, I'm close to buying another system" isn't the way to go. If you feel that way, then just be quiet and do so. If you're really interested in getting these devices working, than just make sure you provide proper feedback to the developers.

LAN and Internet are off.

In panel Paramter LAN, i can't change DNS Server , it's indicate" File".

There is another parameter "Techical ACCESS",=No, can't change it.

No remote access by HOME.FIBARO.COM

There's still something not quite right with the device logic. My Horstmann relay module is identified correctly as a Device Type (Horstmann HRT4 ASR-ZW), yet the Device Kind is wrong. Instead of "Thermostat" maybe it should read "On/Off device" (as it did in 1.044).

I've also noticed that I have no icons in trying to change the icon from a Danfoss to Horstmann.
