HomeCenter don't start

Hello

I received my HomeCenter, I can not access the interface. I think the system does not start.

When I starts, all LEDs blink simultaneously and constantly quickly. I left more than 30 min. Idem.

Fibaro Finder software can not find.

I also tried a recovery, the LED will flash one after the other, then the LED will remain lit and nothing happen still no access to its interface and fibaro finder does not find it either ...

Can you help me??

Hi,

Your box seems to be down. You could open it to check the connector but it may be better to contact your dealer who must provide after-sales service.

    Starting the fibaro normally seeing all flash simultaneously.

    If I try to start the recovery mode, the lights flash one after the other. But of course I do not have access to the fibaro is that it could come from the internal drive?

    Is this a new ? Have you changed the network settings of your computer to access the first time in your box ? if it used: perhaps you must edit your network setting of your computer and use the same subnet mask and gateway used by HC2.

    I had the same problem once, puched the recoverybutton to long, and set IP to static. I also tought the HC2 deid. But after setting computer network settings to the right one, te problem was fixed!

    I already tried going into the recovery but still same problem.

    I did not access the interface.

    The fibaro is new. It come out of its packaging

    hi

    Could you tell me more about the led on the HC2

    i just recieve my new and first fibaro,

    after updating the HC2 with the Beta update,

    i have only the power on led on

    i can connect to the local internet HC2 appli, and creat all the zwave connection

    i m using FREE provider for internet with a static IP,

    my lan is in static and DNS is on FREE dns

    ip: 192.168.1.6

    sub: 255.255.255.0

    rout: 192.196.1.1

    dns: 212.27.40.241

    could you help me to configure th right way

    do i have to open the port 80 of my box free?
