Update: Back on Beta and working. The fix was posted by jin against the Beta and involved moving the old backup files.

what do you mean with moving (is this deleting?))

Jin's fix involves renaming the directory and making a new one. Delete all backups may also work but it gives you no way back without a full rebuild.

I have not tried to recreate but it look less a bug more a migration issue when moving from 1.x to 2.x.
