Any advice on how to view the camera via HC2 application?

I am still getting an blank screen on my iphone HC2 app with

    "Please enter correct url"

Also where can i find the commands to move the camera?

    Hi,

this work form me, set in advanced tab of hc2 camera setup:

    /image/jpeg.cgi (for jpeg stream)

    /video/mjpg.cgi (for mjpeg stream)

The jpeg and the mjpeg both output at the resolution specified for "video profile 3"

In the audio video control panel of the d-link cam set the profile 3 with 640x352 30fps for optimal performance.

    [ Added: 2013-02-15, 20:50 ]

and the happiness of all, here is the list of commands for the movement:

    LEFT: /cgi/ptdc.cgi?command=set_relative_pos&posX=-10&posY=0

    RIGHT: /cgi/ptdc.cgi?command=set_relative_pos&posX=10&posY=0

    UP: /cgi/ptdc.cgi?command=set_relative_pos&posX=0&posY=+10

    DOWN: /cgi/ptdc.cgi?command=set_relative_pos&posX=0&posY=-10

fully functioning, the steps of movement are set to 10, eg to change at will (5 or 20) on the axes x and y

    enjoy

    Hello all,

After reading the above on the forum and seeing that the D-Link DCS-5222L was listed in the list of the supported camera's in the dropdown of the 3.575 beta, i decided to go for it and to buy the ip-camera.

I updated it to the latest firmware (Firmware Version1.11-Firmware Build Number2825).

The camera is fully functioning with all the D-Link software.

    Status now:

In the HC2 software i have a live stream and that's it. No possibility to pan & tilt, no zoom...

    On iPad: no image

On Android: no image (check network connection)

    On iPhone: no image

When i push on the image button i get a mail with an unreadable image.

Can anyone post the settings to be put on HC2 and the DCS-5222L in order to get it working?

    Thanks!

[update]: since installing version: v3.580 all problems solved! Way to go Fibaro!

I have this camera and HC2 v4.080.  I seldom get a video image from the camera.  Usually it just shows a broken video icon in the place where the video should be showing.  The camera is wired so Wi-Fi isn't to blame.  Every now then at some random time when I open the iPhone, iPad app or the web site it will show a video image.  But its pretty rare.

Has anyone got the DCS-5222L working reliably?

Very disappointing for a camera that is supposedly supported by Fibaro.
