In some of the latest version of HC2, Helios intercom has been fully supported.

We tested but did not make it. Can anyone give us a hint?

Our type of IP intercom is "2N Helios IP Vario basic,3x2 butt +cam, +keypad".

Thanks, I read that comment, but I also read that in some version of recent updates, Helios should be supported.

no, after release we will do that, right now on 100% work on premium version, basic work w/o video, the most problems is with gold version

Thanks, we will buy gold version when you release the information. Just to make it clear, is "basic version w/o video" working or not now? If it is working, please give us a hint, we will test, if no, we will buy a gold or pro version.

i'm trying with a Gold license version, and it never shows me the video....Tried on Mac and windows, with different browsers with VNC an nothing... Any tips?

Can you explain how to configure helios IP basic, step by step? I can't configure that, I don't know how to work with VoIP panel. You have to update your advanced manual.

Hello dear Fibaro team

I too have a 2N Helios IP Vario home entry system with Gold license and card reader installed. It is recognized by HC2 (v 3.548), but there is no way to interact with it.

Can you please explain how to configure to have camera, SIP and door control working ?

Can anyone advise on pricing for the Helios IP Vario system?

I just had a quote at €650 per Indoor Touch and €455 for the base model Helios IP 1 button up to €824 for the Helios IP 1 button + keypad + cam.

In total very expensive (over €2.5k) for a 4xTouch internal system with 1x outside Helios.

jiminy68 I have the same question. I can't interact, use or whatever. I don't know how to use Fibaro with Helios IP. It is good if Fibaro could make a Youtube video explaining the funcionalities with step by step

The best way (for me) to interact is to use fibaro universal sensor.

There is 12V power supply inside Helios (connectors block) and you can easily connect sensor to outputs.

RFID reader works perfect, when Helios "opening" contacts - I've got immideate notification in FC2 and working scene (which activates my z-wave door-lock / etc).

100% reliable (works for me for 6 months)

And yes, Fibaro integration (ip-based) with Helios is mostly useless

BTW, the second possible scenario is to use HTTP devices in Helios (to launch scene on Fibaro)
