What is wrong with the Fibaro relay switches

Hi,

I (try) to use three relay switches (3kw) but they are never stable.

I can set them on and off for twenty times and then suddenly the appear as a dead node.

I really can't trust these things.

What about yours ? Are they always working ?

Other devices like a sirene, motiondetectors, smokedetector are always working.

They are even much further away from my HC2.

I'm getting so tired of this that i'm intending to sell everything.

What is causing that problem that only those switches giving me so much troubles.

Have you tried resetting them? I have had sometimes trouble to add them to network but when added - they work just fine

I excluded and included them several times but the result is always the same.

Is there a difference between resetting and exclude/include ?

Method II : Reset by holding B button for 3 sec. after connecting

mains voltage to the Switch.

I dont know if it makes difference but you can try. I have had few relays which have making trouble adding them, but I managed to get these work.

If you get relay added, are all the parameters displayed correctly like with other fibaro modules?

I excluded them by pressing three times B-button within 1,5 seconds.

Same method for including.

I will try tomorrow as you described.

As far as i now all the parameters are displayed.
