Hello,

I have Fibaro FGD-211 universal dimmer and a double switch. I want the one button in the swith to control the dimmer and the another button to control a different load (without a dimmer). The question is: can I make connections as shown on the attached diagram? (Note that Sx terminal is connected to N power lead).

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Dmitry.

L is connected inside the dimmer with Sx, so according to your draw, L is going through the dimmer directly to N, what would cause...everyone knows what;) But you can use double stairway switch instead of this one, then you would be able to connect one light through the dimmer and one directly just through switch

would be interesting to be able to connect so ... I can?

You will make short circuit when you will connect it!

Please notice! On the Sx there will be always the same signal as on the L so it will be the LIVE WIRE with 220V phase! When you will connect it to the Neutral wire you will make the shourt circuit and you can even break the module.

Please notice that electric current can be danger! Electrical circuits should be only connected by certified electrician!

Yes, it is

Should be specified in the instruction; so it seems free of tension.

Yes, it's the same as in instruction - but if you use Sx it's easier to connect wires
