Adding a delay

Hi,

I want to make a simple alarm with just one sensor.

I know the basic things to do that in a scene.

The only thing i don't know is how to add a delay.

When the sensor is breached and armed i need some seconds to disarm it so the alarm does not go off.

That should do the trick.... 60 seconds delay to disarm it....

Hmm......it doesn't work the way i want.

When the sensor is breached and armed for 60 seconds the alarm goes off.

But when somebody brakes in and passes the sensor (walks into another room) within 60 seconds the alarm doesn't go off.

So what i need is that once it's breached the alarm has to go off if you don't disarm it within 60 seconds.

Ok, I use this code for my garage door, but with 600 seconds instead of 60...

The idea is, when the door opens (Breached and Armed), I will receive a push notification on my iPhone, but only if the door is not closed again before the end of this 600 seconds countdown...

It means I've another scene that is triggered when the door is closed again, that "Disarm" the alarm...

At the end of the 600 seconds, the alarm will be triggered only if the sensor is "Armed"

Instead of the door sensor sending a "closed" information, you could do it manually or with a remote control...

The problem is, I used LUA code to do it, and as far as I know, you need the Firmware 3.x to be able to do it....

Wait to do it with LUA

Don't want to upgrade, very unstable.

Guess i have to wait a stable 3.xx or 7.xx
