Adding a delay with lua

Hi,

I want to make a simple alarm with just one sensor.

I don't know how to add a delay in lua.

When the sensor is breached and armed i need some seconds to disarm it so the alarm does not go off.

Hi,

I tried this but it doesn't work properly, it gives immediate alarm and alarm after 60 seconds.

I've been playing around a little bit and now it works.......

I only placed the end statement from the first "if" condition at the bottom.

Can somebody tell me why it's working now and is this the proper way to do it ?
