Possible to add value from variable into a email or push notification?

With lua script it is possible

Example (emailUser=put HC_user id, iOSDevice=put iOS_device ID, emailSubject & message are variables for the text to be sent)

    Doesn't that service for push have to be available in your country just like SMS ?

    Sweden i don't know, in Belgium it's not (yet).

    I use a virtual device to send push (prowl)
