Limit Notifications

Hi All,

I like to limit the number of notifications that can be send from devices and scenes.

Something like do not send any notifications from this devices/scene in the next 10 second's

When someone push the bell…sometimes i will receive 15 notifications and same amount of e-mail with photos.

TANE, use global variable

if you send notification then variable +1

if variable

then send notification

and one scene to reset variable - if is 2 am then variable =0

End result is this script.

When some push the front door bell and the SendNotification is Yes

Then

Send a push notification to the iPhone

Variable: SendNotifica will set to NO. (Re trigger is not possible)

Wait 2 seconds

Will send a e-mail of the front door camera (this will give a better picture than doing dircetly)

Wait 8 seconds

Variable: SendNotifica will set to YES

Result is only one push and e-mail will be send.
