IOS Devices List & Icons within App

Question

Posted

During troubleshooting, I removed my iPhone from the IOS devices list and expected it to be re-added when I logged into the IOS App again as the user. It's not appearing again after a few days. I've tried deleting/recreating the user, re-installing the app, logging on with another user name (the new user name showed up after a while) and re-starting the HC2. Is this a bug or am I missing something ?

Also, previously, some of the icons on the app would not download properly and would show as the red bed icon, now all of the icons show up as the red bed. Looks like the whole mobile authentication/syncing process still requires a bit of work ?

Did you try to remove the iPhone app.

This will clean the iPhone cache.

maybe it will then work…

also try refresh network data in the HC2 app

Yes, as I said, I tried re-installing the iphone app. Also tried network refresh. This never has seemed to do much.

Looks like another bug, possibly a mobile device with the same MAC cannot be added again after it is removed. Annoying because I can't then select it to receive push notifications.
