nohed, devices->remove device -> try 2x 3 clicks till you don't saw info that device is deleted later

add device -> 2x 3 clicks

I have a door sensor all seems to work including the temp sensor however the LED does not do anything

led glows when you insert the battery then the lamp goes out

new battery

Have you mounted the sensor or are you holding it in your hand?

If not mounted you have to hold the tmp switch on the back all the time while adding the device by pressing the inside tmp 3 times.
