adding tmp door window sensor

I've tried to add temperature sensors to two of my door/window sensors.

When installing the sensor it doesn't automatically turn up in HC2.

I've tried to remove one of my door/window sensors but now I can't ad it to HC2 again?!?!

the LED turns on and flashes like usually when adding, but HC2 can't find it.

Any advises?

Also I cant se the temperature from the other door/window sensor?

Hi,

You most mount the thermal sensor in the good Way , indications are bad, then when you add the sensor in the HC2 you will see the sensor like usual with an extra little box it took about 5 minutes to get the temp update and remplace that box.

I noticed that if the sensor legs are not connected correctly the Door sensor will show as a different device.

you must also delete and re add the device after adding temp sensor.

And the 3 presses need to be very rapid.

I didn't have a problem adding the device without the temp sensor, but after I have deleted it it's not to be found again?!

Are you sure you have the temp sensor in the right way round?

I made that mistake with one of mine.

If you have a problem with reconnecting to the system the door / windows sensor you must reset this devices by removing the battery and insert follow the instructions. Next you add this sensor to the system.
