Question

Have another scene that sets 2 variables(timer and sensor) values when PIR sensor register movements.

This scene is the counter that countdowns the timer variable to -1.

Can anyone see why it do not work like it should? When i did this scenes in earlier beta it works perfectly. Now i run latest stable version.

Please login or register to see this code.

jompa68, why your script is set to autostart ? I think it must be triggered and fired by your sensor. Why have you put lamp in parameters block and under autostart ?

It's more elegant and reliable to put in local variable your global variable value and after compare and update with it.

Replace ~= with >

Declare your variable timer outside the loop while...do and declare it as local and use in your loop, it's a resource optimization...
