Danfoss Living Connect in heating panel ?

domotique-store

Question

Is the Danfoss living connect manageable with the heating pannel or only with scene ?

I've tried with heating pannel but my danfoss setpoint was not updated.

With scene : no problem ?

Is it a bug or an implementation choice

Regards,

Yes, it works fine in the panel (however it is really confusing as heating panel not showing anything about danfoss) - my 3 storey house all managed by HC2 with danfoss valves for two months without any issues.

Recently added Hortsmann thermostats.

domotique-store, I use Danfoss living connect in my house and manage them with heating panel with no problems

/emoticons/default_icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" /> BUT Living connect update the setpoint only each WakeUp, check the Wake up interval configured in Device Advanced options.

Can I use the Danfoss Link HC using Home Center 2 instead of multiple Fibaro FGS221 modules? My underfloor heating consists of eight sections.

No, Danfoss measures temperature from the same room it is installed.

For underfloor heating use 2x1,5kw relays and you need only 4 to control 8 sections. If some sections are same or opened room (kitchen+living room maybe) then you can control these with one relay output.

Other option is to use a I/O device

Control it via Virtual devices using http call's

Does it have two way communication? I would like to know if the heating is really on or off. This is a little bit too important thing to have only one way communication used.
