Door/window sensor 3 in 1, battery problem ?

Hello everyone,

I wonder about the use of Fibaro Door sensor.

i have installed it two weeks ago and it is already 70% of battery. It worried me. For me this kind of module should have considerable autonomy to be interesting.

I do not see myself changing batteries every 2 months

Anyone noticed this problem? there may be a parameter that is not configured correctly?

I don't want to use the temp sensor, just the open/close state.

can i change something to save battery ?

it's the intervall where the sensor wake up to return is state to the box

the value is empty, and my sensor return is state only on open / close event

Okay, maybe the battery is no good - i replaced one battery which got empty very quickly as well - new is a lot better.

forum is not support, we don't see info about wakeup, about pooling, about is device configured, about is he reporting temperature, how often you open door all this data are important when we talk about battery life

almost all new battery fast get down from 100% to around 3/4 but later should work long

default we use 4000s on wakeup so please check that parameter because he should not be empty
