Question

Posted

Hi,

I can't find anything about it. How do I connect with my iPhone from outside my own network?

In settings on my iPhone I filled in the username and password in the fibaro HC2 external settings. I have made an account on home.fibaro.com.

When I flip the "external excess" switch in the HC2 app I get the following message " login or password error".

I must be doing something wrong but what?

My translations might be off, I have a dutch version.

thanks and greetings,

Aaron

In the app settings do you use:

"Local settings" username and password should be HC2 username and password.

Then the "Remote settings" where login ans password should be your username and password for home.fibaro.com.

Have you set Remote access" to yes in HC2?
