Update 3.549 Beta

[SDeath 68]

Beta software changes list 3.549:Beta version is designed for user testing and soon will be released as official.

WARNING! In case of update from old version, v1.x, after that update all users will be deleted. Admin password will be reset. Also update to Beta software all devices will be automatically reconfigured to work with new system architecture. Reconfiguration progress will be shown in pop-up window.

This update can last longer than previous. If this update lasts longer than 30 minutes, please go to main HC2 address (e.g. 192.168.0.1).

If "System temporarily unavailable" text will appear during update, please wait - you will be redirected to the main page when all services start.

3.549:

- RGB panel added.

- Fibaro RGBW Controller support.

- Added notifications (email and in UI) about devices low battery level.

- Changes dedicated to iPad application and new Android application.

- Added possibility to sort sections, rooms, devices and scenes in configuration interface.

- New Event Panel - TimeLine.

- Possibility to move views in Dashboard.

- Possibility to change the type of binary sensor, e.g. motion sensor to smoke sensor.

- Information about last state change of the sensor (e.g. door).

- New languages: Russian, Danish, Finnish, Chinese.

- Bug fixes in showing and configuring power measurements.

- Bug fix in saving Advanced mode of GPS position reading frequency.

- Bug fix in showing information on the map in Family panel.

- Bug fix in VoIP panel - fixed logging in as system user.

- Other minor fixes in UI and translations.

Is it also possible to get a faster recovery procedure and make a higher number base firmware.

It automatically saves all settings before every upgrade, not that I trust that.

Still with these kind of errors you have to go through the entire recovery upgrade sequence.

Downloading is not the problem takes seconds for each file. But the upgrade procedure is just too time consuming, and not really needed to go through all induvidual updates. If it is needed for the HC2 then you need to be able to set a different stable base firmware.

Ok now I have a huge problem. When I do a recovery, I have this screen? SO I wait But I hope HC2 is not going to ask me root password.

He ask root passwork when I take picture, so what can I do??

Shad, you got recovery pendrive in read only mode, that is another problem, try unplug hc2 from power and wait a bit, and later plug power again i hope that will help if not you gonna need new pendrive recovery

That is very strange, I do a backup just before the update and no error.

column ReadOnly is missing in NEW_Scene

Alarm_Fibaro_Scene table is missing

Back in business here.

So takes about 1,5 hours to restore to base and then all the way through 1.038 - 1.040 - 1.047 - 3.548 and then restore the settings.

Couple of extra restarts before the HC2 sees the next update and 2x restart as something hung during upgrade of firmware.

And I had to re-add 2 icons as HC2 didn't regognize them, but other custom icons it did??

A.socha, I think I am goign to semd you pm, It is like the usb key is readmod and can do nothing. But I can open file in my computer.

So I am going to retry with another usb key to see if it is ok or not. Give me 20 minutes please ^^

You know what, like I said to my wife, Fibaro is an expensive system, but when I saw they repair problem at this time, I can only say, I am very happy user (except for ipad app

Also, really like the log pannel but more information on the system would be great. I am going to receivre next my bulb hue and also going this week put my led in the room, so I am going to try rgb panel.
